Brandon Marketing Ltd. T/a The Petsafe Superstore, shall be referred to as Brandon Marketing Ltd. throughout.
When orders are placed online the customer will receive an email notifying them of this.
All prices are shown including VAT. If an item has been under-priced in error, Brandon Marketing Ltd will contact the customer and offer the following three options
1) Placement of order at the correct price
2) Cancellation of the whole order
3) Cancellation of the order for incorrectly priced items and reconfirmation of items at correct price
If the customer does not respond within 24 hours, the complete order will be automatically cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded to the customer promptly.
If, within 2 working days of accepting an order, Brandon Marketing Ltd, discovers that part of an order is unavailable, Brandon Marketing Ltd will contact the customer to offer an alternative product, a refund, or (if possible) ask if the customer wishes to await new stock. If the customer does not respond within 24 hours, the complete order may/will be automatically cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded to the customer promptly.
Customers are responsible for the order once the package has arrived at the supplied delivery address. Brandon Marketing Ltd cannon be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any items are received damaged it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Brandon Marketing Ltd by e-mail at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving them.
Brandon Marketing Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to the customer due to insufficient address or errors made by the customer when entering their address details. The address must be accessible to courier drivers, and there must be someone to receive the package, unless shipping instructions have been provided.
Customers may return any item for 14 days starting from when the customer receives the item. If the customer decides to return any item they must contact Brandon Marketing Ltd for details of return. Goods must be in saleable condition, unopened, and in original packaging. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted. Any cost of return will be incurred by the customer.
In the event of incorrect items being received, or items received being damaged;
1) The customer must supply time stamped photographic evidence and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org citing invoice number. This will be inspected and a decision will be made whereby
a) The item warrants a discount
b) The damage warrants a refund
c) A new item will be sent out
2) Any refunds will include cost of item only, and not any shipping cost
3) Brandon Marketing Ltd reserve the right to deviate from the above if applicable.
Additional Terms for Petsafe Products:
3 year electronic parts guarantee on all our new Petsafe products. After first 12 months warranty a labour charge may be incurred on parts covered under warranty. Warranty is valid from original purchase date of the product.
Where goods are returned for inspection and found to be fully functional a labour charge will be incurred, plus cost of returning the goods to customer.
Guarantee only valid on electrical parts. Cover is limited to electronic failure. Guarantee does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage due to product being mishandled. Straps, insulators, probes and batteries are not covered under the terms of the warranty.
Additional Terms for Innotek Products:
New Innotek Systems include a 12 month guarantee for electronic failure. Guarantee does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage due to product being mishandled.
Customer MUST provide proof of purchase. Warranty is non-transferable.
We reserve the right to request photo ID in order to verify customer details.
We endeavour to dispatch all goods on same or next working day. Delivery is normally within 1-7 working days depending on goods and carriage method selected. For deliveries outside UK and Ireland, do not order online, please contact us. We pride ourselves in maintaining ample stock levels. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and to confirm if you wish to proceed.
